Everything is prepared and cooked fresh at your party! We only use the highest grade meats and produce; Fresh Salsa made the same day of your event!

Gratitude tips not included and is welcome if you like our services.

We need a 50% deposit in advance cash or check or pay over the phone with a credit card ( 3% PayPal fee apply ) to make reservations and close the day in our calendar.

Cancellations within 24 hours of time of delivery are subject to 25% cancellation fee.

To ensure availability, please order 36 hour or more in advance. Same day order ca not be guaranteed.

We use the freshest meats and produce and may not have enough to fulfill a large same day orders.
